BACIT took a group of elderly and less physically able local
people to Sheffield to see the how easy the
tram is use for those with disabilities. All were very impressed by the system
and how easy it was to get around using it. One of the visitors, Margaret
Watson, who suffers from osteoporosis criticised opponents are trying to block
the planned extension to Chilwell & Beeston, saying "They are condemning me to being a
